We came to Marty with house that had a great deal of deferred maintenance and yet we wanted to sell the house as quickly as possible. Marty had a complete team ready to help us. They made realistic recommendations to help us prepare the home for sale & open house. The marketing work such as the sales brochure and on-line photography was excellent. Marty needed to negotiate several key issues with buyers and he did so very professionally. It was a real pleasure working with him. He managed the process smoothly and communicated with us clearly throughout. We listed and settled within 90 days which we considered a great success. Barbara (Seller) – July 2016
Marty was recommended to us before relocating to the Baltimore area from out of state. Initially, we wanted to purchase rural property, but we were unfamiliar with rural land, restrictions and building codes. Marty worked patiently with us as we visited properties over a wide region. He pointed-out potential problems that we had missed. Over time our priorities changed and we decided to live in downtown Baltimore. Marty’s knowledge of city real estate & older homes proved invaluable. He helped negotiate a fair purchase price and recommended a contractor prior to closing. We moved into our “new” home, built in 1900 near the Inner Harbor. We are honored to recommend Marty to anyone looking for a home in the Greater Baltimore-DC area. Gary (Buyer) – May 2016
